About

Quality. Safety. Experience.

History

Ryan Markle and Homer Martin met while working at Roy Anderson Corp, one of the most respected general contractors in the southeast. While at RAC, both worked on major commercial projects including industrial, governmental, educational, institutional, gaming, sports, and hospitality.  Ryan focused on developing project management skills and Homer honed his skills by supervising, managing, and placing work in the field.  Both were driven by a passion for construction and the desire to provide quality projects that meet the owners' needs while maintaining safe, profitable, and on-time deliveries.

After separately departing RAC, both Ryan and Homer went in separate directions.  Reconnecting in 2016 the two began to realize that their unique talents could be put to better use by partnering.  Thus, in June of 2017 Trident Construction Group, LLC was born.

While Trident Construction Group only opened its doors in 2017, the team carries with it years of professional construction services, business management, and owner services.  Since its opening TCG has quickly penetrated the local Mississippi market by providing quality services for an underserved arena.  TCG's success has opened doors to adjacent markets and with work performed in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

COO

Homer Martin

Homer has spent over 25 years in the construction industry.  While working for Roy Anderson Corp, he started at a young age beginning as a laborer and working his way up to General Superintendent.  Always striving to further develop his skills and knowledge, Homer's dedication to the construction trades allowed his advancement in the industry.  Through this advancement Homer learned, hands on, all aspects of concrete forming, reinforcing, placing, and finishing.  Homer's passion for concrete saw to his movement to management and direct supervision of heavy, vertical, and horizontal structural concrete projects in addition to general construction management.

After departing RAC Homer chased his dream to own his own construction company.  After several successful projects and proving he could provide the same quality work recognized at RAC, he partnered to create Trident Construction Group, LLC.
